SOD is published quarterly. Each issue is 80 pages long. 4-issue subscriptions are available for only $24.00 in the U.S., $40.00 in Canada, $60.00 international (sent via airmail.) Individual copies of the current issue are available by mail for $6.66 postage paid. (Please add $12.00 for international orders, sent via airmail. Add $4.00 for Canada or Mexico.) Orders are shipped in rigi-mailers for added protection. Back issues are available for the prices listed below.
